WHILE TIPS ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED,  THEY ARE NOT NECESSARY.  RECEIVING MASSAGE  TREATMENTS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR WELLNESS CARE.  RECEIVING TREATMENTS MORE OFTEN,  PROVIDES POSITIVE CHANGES , BETTER RESULTS AND BENEFITS IN YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING.   YOUR SATISFACTION, SCHEDULING YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT, AND REFERRING PEOPLE WHO CAN USE MY HELP, JUST LIKE YOU, ARE CONSIDERED A TIP.

Late Policy
Your appointment has been reserved JUST FOR YOU.
If you are going to be late, notification is appreciated. It is also possible that your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be responsible for payment for the full session.  Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
                                             24-Hour Cancellation Policy 

Unanticipated events do happen.  In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in effect:

-You will receive a text reminder and/or email reminder 48 hours before your appointment.  It is your responsibility to respond immediately if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

- If you have to cancel a same-day appointment or within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be subject to a late cancellation charge of 50% of the full session rate. YOU CAN AVOID BEING CHARGED BY SENDING SOMEONE IN YOUR PLACE.  If I am able to fill the appointment, you WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

                                                        No-Show Policy

If you fail to show for your appointment with no notice, your card will be charged for the full session.

If there are circumstances that you think deserve special consideration, please contact me as soon as possible, so we can determine, whether or not to make a special exception.
